If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item free of charge within 30 working days of receipt.
You may return your order only if it is unused, has not lost its marketable condition and consumer characteristics, has been returned with all the necessary accessories and accompanied by a document certifying the purchase, or any other proof of purchase
If the frame was broken during the usage without direct physical or chemical impact on it, you can address us within one year from the date of purchase (in the case of sunglasses - within six months from the date of purchase). We will repair and, if necessary, replace the frame for a new one free of charge.
To cancel your order, please notify us of your wish to return the product and refund the price paid by writing to help@blackoptic.org. Be sure to include both your order number and the reason for return/exchange. Do not mail us anything without contacting us first, as this may result in longer processing time and delayed refunds.
Returns can take up to 14 working days to be fully processed from receipt of the return inquiry. After receiving the refund confirmation letter, it may take up to 5 working days for the bank to process the payment if you paid via PayPal, or up to 14 working days if you paid by credit card.
